How do I route calls?

  1. Click "settings", then "phone numbers".
  2. Click "update routing" next to the number you would like to update.
  3. Select your routing option from the "route to" dropdown menu and click "update".
*Please allow a few minutes for routing changes to update throughout the system.*

How do I send text messages?

  1. Open the contact record for the intended recipient
  2. Click the "text" button at the top of the page. This will open up a new box with your texting options.
  3. When prompted, select the check box to confirm the contact has consented to receive text messages.
  4. Either select your template from the dropdown menu or manually enter your text.
  5. Click "attach", then browse for and choose your PDF or JPEG attachment (optional).
  6. Click "send".

How do I setup voicemail drops?

*Follow the steps below to pre record outbound voicemail messages.*
  1. Dial the call in number designated for your voicemail drop setup. You can find that by logging in to DYL and clicking on "settings", then "voicemail drop setup".
  2. Enter the pin number when prompted.
    (The pin number will also be located on the voicemail drop setup screen, just below the call in number).
  3. Follow the prompts to record your message(s), or press "*" to add a message, then "2" to add a new message.

How do I turn off Instant lead calls?

*To disable instant calls for specific lead sources follow the steps below*
  1. Click on "settings", then "manage lead sources".
  2. Click "edit" next to the lead source you're adjusting.
  3. Select "no" in the instant call dropdown menu and click "save".

How do I assign a user to a campaign?

  1. Click on "Campaigns".
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and make your selection in the "assign campaign" dropdown menu for the user you want to assign.

How do I get my real time leads to populate in DYL?

Note: You'll just need to provide your lead vendor with your "leads email address". Your leads email address is automatically generated when your DYL account is created. Leads received to that email address will populate in DYL and generate instant calls.
  1. Click on the "settings" page. You'll find your lead email address at the top of the page.

I finished dialing a campaign, and I want to go through the list again. How can I do this?

  1. Click on "campaigns"
  2. Open the campaign you'd like to reset and click "refresh filters" at the top of the page.
  3. Select which types of records you'd like to include or exclude. Included records will be called after the filter. Excluded records will be skipped.
  4. Click "filter".
  5. Click "start dialing".

How do I reassign leads to a different agent?

To reassign all leads from one user to another (or to mass unassign), follow the steps below
  1. Click on "settings" in the main navigation, then "user accounts".
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "re-assign leads by user".
  3. From the corresponding dropdown menus, select the user you're moving lead assignments "from" and "to".
    (If you're unassigning leads, select unassign in the "to" dropdown menu.)
  4. Click "reassign".

How do I record my voice mailbox greeting?

Personal voice mailbox (individual extensions)
  1. Dial 500 on the keypad of your physical phone *No Pin Required*

Company Mailbox

  1. First you will need your mailbox number and pin. These can be located by clicking on "settings", then "extensions". Any company mailboxes will appear there, along with their respective mailbox numbers and pins.
  2. Dial 501 from any of your DYL phones. When prompted, enter your box number then pin.
  3. Follow the prompts.
*Please note that if there are new messages in the mailboxes, you'll need to either listen to or clear them out before you'll be prompted to record the greeting.*

How can I manually add a contact record in DYL?

  1. From any DYL page click "add contact" at the top of the screen.
  2. Enter the name, phone number, and any other contact information you'd like to include.
  3. Click "add".
